Have to / Has to = Obligation
Have to se usa para hablar de una obligación que viene desde fuera. No es algo que
queremos hacer, ni algo que sentimos que debemos hacer, sino algo que que tenemos que
hacer. Trae consecuencias si no lo hacemos.

afirmativo y any en negativo e
interrogación.
Some y any se podrían traducir por
alguno/a, algunos/as y generalmente lo
utilizamos cuando no necesitamos
determinar exactamente la cantidad de
aquello a lo que nos estamos refiriendo.
COUNTABLE NOUNS
Los countable nouns son aquellos
elementos que pueden ser
contados de uno en uno utilizando
los números.

Los sustantivos contables son los


que tienen singular y plural. Son

(SINGULAR & PLURAL)

Usamos THERE IS / THERE ARE (HAY) cuando nos referimos por primera vez a la
existencia o presencia de alguien o algo.
There is a boy near the blue car (Hay un chico cerca del carro azul)
There is a pen under the desk (Hay un lapicero bajo la carpeta)

There are three apples on the refrigerator. (Hay tres manzanas sobre el
refrigerador)

“There is” y “There are” quieren decir “Hay” en español.

“There is” es singular y “There are” es plural.

Usamos some y any tanto con contables como con incontables. Some va en afirmativo y
any en negativo e interrogación.

Some y any se podrían traducir por alguno/a, algunos/as y generalmente lo utilizamos


cuando no necesitamos determinar exactamente la cantidad de aquello a lo que nos
estamos refiriendo.

I have some chairs at home we can use. -> Tengo algunas sillas en casa que podemos usar.

I have some money -> Tengo algo de dinero.

I still have some fruit in the fridge. -> Aún tengo algo de comida en el frigorífico.
