Activity Not so different in the end

Paulo Andres Argote Cabrera
According to various research, the
behavior and performance of men and
women are very similar and do not differ
much from each other, especially in terms
of management and responsibility
positions.
Below is a summary of the main aspects
compared:

• Leadership positions.
• Inteligence
• Languaje.
• Spatial processing.
• Psicology.
• Value and dignity.

LEADERSHIP POSITIONS.

• The performance of
both is very similar,
unfortunately the
economic
remuneration of
women is usually lower
than that of men; the
offers are not enough
either.

INTELIGENCE.

• The intelligence of men

and women is similar,
but there are small
differences in the
mechanism of solving a
problem, but they do
not make major
differences in the
solution either.

LANGUAJE.

• The forms of language

used by both are
similar, however they
are much more
observant, perceptive
and better at managing
speech too.

SPATIAL PROCESSING.

• Spatial processing is slightly higher in men but it is not a relevant situation either.

PSICOLOGY.

• Women are often

thought to be more
complicated than men;
Research leads to think
that this is due to
certain physiological
aspects that can cause
variations in their
mood, but there are no
relevant conclusions
either.
