● Go to weekly planner:

1. Go to the month and click on the first week
2. If you want to create a second week, you have to duplicate that slide and then go back to the weekly
planner
3. Now you have to link the weekly planner with this new “week 2”. slide You should select “week 2”, go C
to the toolbar and click "Insert" and then "Link". Finally, you have to choose which slide of the
presentation you want to link (in this case “Week 2”)
● Go to daily schedule: D
1. Go to the month and click on the first day of the month
