Signature

of the translator.
2. Statement under oath that the
translation of the original document
has been made according to the
translator's loyal knowledge and
understanding
3. Specification that no part of the doc
has been omitted. Which implies that
the translator has had the original in
sight.

performed.
5. Usual signature of the translator and if
he uses a stamp, the printing of it.
