Introduction Objective Conclusion

Being based on the given assignment, we
have designed a system called the University
Apartment which provides apartment rental
to university students at affordable rate. This
system consists of two apartments where
students can book as per their requirement.
Both of the apartment has different facilities
with different cost for the rooms. In this
system we have registered and assigned an
apartment to students for 140 days from the
date of registration. Before an apartment is
assigned, the system allows the selection of Methods
the type of the apartment. Then it displays
the available services of the selected
apartment. If the apartment already consists
of three students, then it recommends another
Apartment until that is available. Upon
registration student have to pay RM100 for
the utilities charge, rental deposit for one
month and rental for current month, the
system displays it as note during registration.
At the end student gets file to be filled as
form and system recommends them to visit
university Account Section to complete the
booking process.
