Sample

For the survey, the respondents of this research are the Grade 12
Senior High students from Agusan del Sur National High
School under Academic Track. A total of 222 respondents out of 458
are used as sample size through Slovin’s formula.

Moreover, for the interview, selected entrepreneurs around


San Francisco are used to be the participants to gain insights,
HAPPY recommendations and opinions from them. Important details and
HOUSE information are noted and utilized for the analysis.
Methodology

In this research, the researchers have used


qualitative and quantitative methods through survey
questionnaire and face-to-face interview. The
gathered data and information are used for analysis to
gain insights, interpret statistical data, explore the
depth, richness and complexity inherent in the
proposed business. Thus, this will help to build the
actual business plan more efficiently.

The final total number of respondents who participated


in the survey was two hundred and twenty-two students. The
first two questions are used to obtain personal
information of respondents: gender and strand.

In the end, the questionnaire ends up with a common question ‘‘Ho


w much are you willing to pay for this restaurant?” The
price range was P 10.00 to P 50.00.
Analysis of Interviews
The interview was with the owners of a small store around the vicinity
of school canteen with the intention of collecting their opinions,
experiences and also advices to start a good business in ASNHS.
The researchers asked several question that will be of great help to the
said business.
The interviewee was “Allan Mondejar” that gave a very good tips
on the process of operating a store and shared his perception and
suggestions about the local fusion flavors.
