Dear God, help us to focus on you today, remembering that the gift of
Christ – Emmanuel - is our most treasured gift for the whole year
through. Fill us with your joy and the peace of your Spirit. Direct our
hearts and minds towards you. Thank you for your reminder that both
in seasons of celebration and in seasons of brokenness, you’re still
with us. You never leave us. We choose to focus on your presence in
our lives today.

• Follow along as I take us through our course guidelines and
expectations!

• Please navigate to NoteFlight.com and log in to your account.
• Let me know in the chat with a “Y” once you have done this!!
• We will be creating warm-up exercises based on the concert Bb scale.
• You should create these on your OWN instruments
• (Percussion, you will create a rhythm exercise for one or more percussion
instruments)
• Warm-ups should be mostly made of quarter notes (except maybe
percussion), and should last approximately five or so measures.
• Warm-ups should include all eight notes of the Bb concert scale at least
once.
