Leadership
• Fiedler (1967), one may use the term leadership to:
Leaders are distinguished people in the organization or group; an ability; or a relationship
(providing leadership or guidance)
• Koontz and O’ Connel (1981)
Leadership is the art of inducing subordinates to accomplish their assignments with zeal and
confidence.
• Terry and Franklin (1982)
Leadership is the relationship in which one person (leader) influences others to work together
willingly on related tasks to attain goals desired by the leader and, or by group.

by the Holy Spirit.
