A SEMESTER has 18 weeks.
A WEEK only has 1 session.
A SESSION lasts for 3 hours.

When you are ABSENT for our session, you miss ONE WEEK.
Missing ONE SESSION = Missing ONE WEEK.
Absent for ONE SESSION = Absent for ONE WEEK.

A SEMESTER has 3 Examination Weeks, which leaves 15 WEEKS for lecture.

PRELIMS – 6TH WEEK, MIDTERMS – 12TH WEEK, and FINALS – 18TH WEEK
