Observation and Insight

Immersion training is part of a K to 12 Curriculum that aims to train

and orient students about the work of their future carrier. Immersion is very
important for every Technical and Vocational Livelihood (TVL) students not
only hands on to their chosen Carrier but to show students reality about
working. The immersion will be a training guide if you still have no idea on
what is meant to be a worker, it will give you at least 80% of carrier reality.
Having a good performance during immersion is very important specially
this generation that there's a fight competition towards job seekers and the
high qualification of the companies.

When i started my work Immersion i been observed a positive outlook

in life even if they have so much work to do, they find sometimes to laugh.
They are still doing their work without their supervisor. They already know
what to do, how to do it and what are the things standards and make sure
to have an excellent output.

19
Reflection

For almost two weeks of our Work Immersion, I learned a lot. Difficulties,
trials, barriers and hindrances in work, I faced them will all my strength
that was given to me, but it was all worth it in during immersion day.
Because in my part it was being accomplished. As an automotive student it
was not easy for me, you need manage your time during the work. Being
professional mechanics someday I will use my experiences in work
immersion in best way that everyone can benefit.
