To effectively train masons through workshops.

• To train masons for adoption of appropriate techniques, standards
and procedures in different stages of construction.

• To promote high quality workmanship

• To promote Fauji Cement Brands (Mohafiz, Pamir, SRC etc.)

• Calculation of quantities of materials for work, with the help of standard tables
• Proper mixing, proportioning of materials in concrete and mortar mixes and their placing

• Askari Institute, Rawat is already offering a training programme for masons

• Mr. Saifullah, who is the head instructor for Askari’s training programme, will be
hired as a trainer

• Given his extensive past experience, he will be conducting the workshops based
on his own experience as well as the handbook provided by FCCL
