Executive Summary
 Managers: Yağmur Karakaya, Şimal Güvercin and Emre Yoel Batmaz
 Marcellus, as the founders of the agency, we are senior students in the radio Tv Cinema
Department of Yeditepe University. Our team believes that we will be preferred by the Youtube
generation both because our working system is more up-to-date and because we adapt to the
era. Yagmur Karakaya works as a copywriter with the Customer Unit Manager of our agency.
Simal Guvercin is an artistic director with a marketing profession. Emre Yoel Batmaz is part of
our executive team with his unique talent in cameraman and fiction.
 Agency MARCELLUS
 Marcellus will be an agency that aims to provide opportunities such as video shooting, editing,
shooting space for people who want to produce content for the YouTube industry.
It will be an agency established by a professional team trained in this sector.
This agency, which targets people who will produce content for YouTube, plans to attract
content producers to our agency with the compliance of the office environment with trends and
the eye-catching design of shooting environments.
The YouTube industry is growing every day in Turkey, so the presence of such an agency will
provide convenience for people who want to produce content.
In addition, our goal is not only to provide people with space, but also to bring people in this
industry together to support each other.
People will want to do business with our agency thanks to the consulting provided by the agency's
video shooting area, cameraman, video editor and social media experts.
Industry Analysis
 Among social media and video sharing networks today, it is mostly

Market Analysis
 As an agency, the sector we want to participate in has a fairly large target audience. We
want to add new individuals to the Youtube sector, which is growing every day, and we
believe that existing individuals in the industry need support to get to better points.
Many individuals want to participate in this sector, but are afraid to enter the sector
because they are not sufficiently encouraged, do not have the necessary space and
equipment, and also do not have an adequate level of knowledge. Many of the
individuals in the sector also fall behind with a lack of knowledge and a lack of
professionalism. The lack of an agency specifically set up only for YouTubers gives us
an advantage. Because Influencer market agencies are interested in influencers in every
social media. This gap gives us space to rise. We will promote our agency, what we will
do and our agency's Web page through our social media account. We believe that the
idea of bringing content producers together and sending them an invitation to an
opening party to better explain ourselves will increase our level of awareness. For this
reason, as an agency, we intend to start with such a strategy. Strategy is very important
in our sector, so we will maintain our position and take advantage of our first position.

our agency are open to everyone, and our goal is to bring YouTubers together and
ensure that they support each other. Apart from that, our diversity of shooting prices for
every budget sets us apart from our competitors. While other agencies work with all
social media influencers, we only deal with influencers in the Youtube industry.
The Economics of The Business
 Service price: 200-1810 TL
 These are the lowest and highest prices we set for our agency service. Customers,
that is, influencers, will choose the equipment they want according to the menus
we prepare and the money they will pay will be shaped accordingly. Also, in the
first place, we are profitable in this regard because we do the shooting and editing
part of the managers with the training we receive, we do not have to pay money to
an element because we do the shooting and editing work

Marketing Plan
 Service: Our agency's name is Marcellus. We shoot Youtube influencer's
videos, support them in terms of content or create new content, after
shooting, we edit these videos and deliver them to them. We gather as
everyone who influencerlık in Turkey and deliver them to support each other
instead of competing. So in fact we see an association task for in Turkey

 Price: We determined the fees of our shooting and editing operations
according to our menu service to be chosen by our customers and accordingly,
the lowest price in our menu is 200 TL and the highest price…. TL.
 Place: Our agency is located in Istanbul-Ümraniye, the plaza we chose, so
that we will rent, in order to be easy in terms of accessibility and to create
the most suitable shooting area for us.
 Sales tactics: We do the shooting and editing of the first videos of the people
who will take the first step into to Youtuber for free.

 Development status and tasks:


 As Agency Marcellus, we allow our customers to share with our social media
expert in the way they want and in a way that will satisfy the audience on
Youtube. In this way, we plan to both attract customers and reflect our brand
value. Except this, at certain times living in Turkey Youtubers will come
together, in this way, we plan to organize events to spend time together, get
to know each other and get inspired by each other.
 Challenges and risks:
 We have a lot of competitors in the context of social media agencies. That's
why we need to improve ourselves every day to compete with them. We are
also lacking in experience, as we are new to the sector. For this reason, it
may be a bit difficult to attract Youtubers to our agency. The risk factor that
can affect us is; There may be an economic crisis during the pandemic period.
Because people may not want to pay an agency and may want to shoot their
own videos.
 Projected development costs:
 We also plan to support brands to shoot sponsored videos by sending products
to Youtubers. For this reason, as we will need extra staff, the fee to be paid
to her/his will be added to the costs of our agency.
 In addition, the advertisement we will make to increase our agency
awareness and the parties we will give from time to time for youtubers to
come together will also cause extra costs.

Operations Plan
 Apart from our three-person filming team, we will work with an accountant
and a social media expert. In time, we plan to include young interns who are
studying in the Radio and Television department, like us, to our shooting
team.
 Business location: Istanbul – Umraniye
 Facilities and equipment: In order to shoot, we basically need a video camera, drone,
green screen, studio lights, lapel microphones, boom microphones and tripods. We will
provide these equipments from the "" Hepsi Burada "site.

Structure
 As a team of 3 people, we will be the founders of the agency and we will
carry out the shooting business. We will also have an accountant friend and
social media expert to accompany us on this path. At the same time, after
ensuring our layout, we will hire four cameras and people who understand
editting to make a profit
Overall Schedule
 We are entering an environment where we have many competitors, where
influencer is developing day by day and gaining importance, but we will put
forth all our experience as a team and we will rise to an important position
with the services we will offer day by day.
 Together with our rented office and studio, we will make video shoots and
editings of people who actively work as influencers on Youtube and / or who
will take a new step into influencer. We will also offer the opportunity to
bring all Youtubers together.
 In the beginning we will already have a website and an Instagram / Youtube
account.
 One of our goals is to expand our business further by opening a branch outside
of Istanbul.
