Maximum consideration
• Consideration is a concept of English common law and is a necessity
for simple contracts but not for special contracts (contracts by deed).
The concept has been adopted by other common law jurisdictions.
Concern
• Suicidal
• Massive drop out
• Family problem
• Boredom
• Sense of productivity
• As early as December, ACT has already warned against a “looming
massive dropping out” of students as indicated by reports from its
regional leaders about unclaimed modules, unanswered retrieved
modules and dwindling online class attendance.
What can we do?
• Constant communication with students

• Accept whatever output given

• Make them feel loved by you

• Maximum no failing remarks

Intervention
• What have you done ( failed students )

• Be considerate

• No student must left behind
