BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES

 The research conducted for Stylelines701 through an online survey of 1,000 random customers from its
database aims to evaluate the market potential for online clothing products based on the customers’
response and expectations towards the Company’s future initiatives:
 SURPRISE products to be launched in November for the December festive season.
 Baby (aged 0-2 years) clothesline to be introduced for the end of year festivities as well as summer.
 Establish a social responsibility program (charities / non-profit organizations).
 Specific objectives:
 Determine if the customers are willing to continue engaging with the brand and its new product lines.
 Examine customer purchase behavior and customer experience with the brand.
 Evaluate the customer’s interest on the potential social responsibility program to be introduced.
