A job interview is a conversation which occurs between a potential employer and
a job applicant. During the job interview, the employer has the opportunity to appraise
applicant's qualifications, appearance and general fitness for the job opening.
These are the rules for holding the job interview simulation.
Divide the class into a group of three. Share roles among the group members, as first
interviewer, second interviewer, and the job applicant.
Jobs of 1st interviewer:
• Greet the candidate and ask lip service questions (at least 4 questions)
• Ask yes/no questions (at least 4 questions) about checking personal identities based
on the CV.
Note:
• There should be discussion about the salary
• The announcement whether the candidate pass the interview test
• The first day to begin work.
