In 1960, X disease cases stood at 100 cases. Then, it remained stable in

1965. In 1970, this number slightly rose to 200 cases before
skyrocketing sharply by 300 cases in 1975. Five years later, incidence of
X disease stayed constant at 500 cases. After that, it slightly fell by
around 180 cases in 1985 before dropping dramatically to zero cases in
1990. In 1995, Someland was free from X disease.

To conclude, in the middle of the period, the incidence of X disease

increased dramatically while in the end of the period it plummeted
sharply.
