  For my volunteer work I was helping a variety
of students in different subjects such as
Alegbra, Geometry, Biology, and and even
Chemistry. By tutoring I am using a micro
perspective because my social interaction and
extra help, is helping the other person better
understand the information. Therefore,
influencing their behavior in class. The better
MICRO/MACRO a student knows the material the more likely
they are to be active in a class lesson or
activity. Macro perspectives in volunteering
effect society because if a student know the
concept that they need to be learning, then
they can proceed in their life and move
forward to college and get a better job in the
society. 
LATENT/MANI Tutoring can be labled both manifest and latent functions
in certain context. In a few ways tutoring can be manifest
FEST fuction because people intentionally go to tutoring to get
help and further expand their knowledge to make sure
they understand the 
 FUNCTION
 Volunteering helps you make new friends, help those in WHY IS
needs, and expand your knowledge. Volunteering can help the
community by getting helping hands to play an active role in VOLUNTEERI
their community. By volunteering, you are not only helping
your community but also making it a better place for your

it will also boost social skills. The better social skills you
have the better off you will be in society. Social skills can
help when applying for a job, college, or even just making
new friends.  At the end of the day, volunteering doesn't only
change your life, but it will change those around you for the
better.
  Overall, I had an amazing experience, I helped out many
