OBJECTIVES

The Validation and Finalization


Phase shall facilitate the following:

• Identification of wrong entries in


the household records;

• Inclusion of households not


assessed during the Data
Collection Phase; and
• Accommodation of changes
from the households based on
merit.
COVERAGE
Consistent with the Listahanan 3 National Action Plan,
all the provisions in this document shall abide with the
issuances from the different agencies mandated by the
Government to oversee the safety and health of the
public

PREPARATORY ACTIVITIES
Hiring of Field Personnel

The Human Resource Planning and


Performance Management Section of
the Field Office shall take the lead in
the hiring of the AS. Priority shall be
given to applicants who were field
personnel and had satisfactory
performance in the previous
Listahanan assessments.
PREPARATORY ACTIVITIES
Training of hired Field Personnel

The hired field personnel shall be re/oriented with the


following modules:
• Listahanan Project Cycle, Objectives of the Validation
and Finalization Phase
• Roles and Responsibilities
• Procedures in Handling the Different Types of
Grievances
• Reviewing the Accomplished HAF
POSTING OF THE INITIAL
LIST OF POOR
HOUSEHOLDS
The initial list shall contain the
following information:
• Complete name
• Last
• First
• Middle
• Street Address
POSTING OF THE INITIAL LIST
OF POOR HOUSEHOLDS
• Each FO shall generate and print
the respective list of poor
households for all barangays
within their region.
• The initial list of poor households
shall be posted by the AS in
conspicuous places.
• The initial list of poor HH shall be
posted for 7 to 10 days
POSTING OF THE INITIAL
LIST OF POOR HOUSEHOLDS
• The request to reproduce
additional copies of the initial list
must be communicated officially
to the DSWD Field Office,
indicating the number of copies
needed and the identified areas
where these will be posted.

• The AS shall ensure that all lists are


removed and returned to the Field
Office before the start of the
household re-/assessments.

The AS shall ensure all forms of


mass gathering will strictly adhere
to the general health protocols set
forth by the government as
enumerated in the Omnibus
Guidelines on the Implementation
of Community Quarantine in the
Philippines.
