Features:
System Components

1. A Smart Card attached to the vehicle with vehicle information and Identity digitally
encoded in it.
2. Dispensing App running on mobile or Tab to enter refueling information.
3. Thermal Slip printer.
4. Cash Counter software for report and management.
5. Online software interface for customer reports.
Payment using card

1. Customers will register in the system and issued a smart card with vehicle
information digitally encoded.
2. Customers will be able to top-up prepaid balance in the card using all available
digital payment including VISA, mastercard, bKash, Nagad etc using mobile or
internet remotely.
3. Balance will be adjusted with each refueling.
4. Customers will be able to check balance using Internet or mobile.
5. Customers will be able to generate usage report using Internet.
Station Manager Interface

1. Create/edit software user and password.


2. Register new customer and issue smart card.
3. Collect and enter cash in the software for vehicle without payment card.
4. Generate different sales report according to shift, day, month, year etc.
5. Email shift report to predefined ID automatically.
6. Push SMS notification to owner/top management on end-of-day collection/sale or
others.
7. Collect cash and top up balance in cards if needed.
Central Management and Report

1. All management can be done using the online management interface.


2. Report based on one or multiple station can be generated from the interface.
3. Report on daily balance collection.
4. Report on daily sale.
