A system in the sense that planning for

- Examines, frames and attempts to solve the dilemmas of classroom
practice  to address the challenges of course design
- Is aware of and questions the assumptions and values he/she brings to
teaching
- Is attentive to instructional and cultural contents in which he/she teaches
- Takes part curriculum development and is involved in school change
efforts
- Takes responsibility for his/her own professional development
