activities they are used to before the pandemic, this will make them not just to be .
physically and mentally healthy, but also improves their quality of life. Furthermore,
they can do both the sedentary behavior while physically active at the same, provided
that the daily required physical activities are being met.
Furthermore, a follow-up study should be conducted to confirm the results thereof.
