Conforming to the study of Xiao (et. al, 2019), it
suggests that with age and academic experience, the
capacity to self-regulate the learning process tends to
improve. Conforming to the study of William Y. Lan et.
Al (2010), individuals who are self-regulated in their
learning appear to achieve more positive academic
outcome than individuals who do not exhibit self-
regulated learning behavior.
Why we intend to pursue such study?

Reasons

 It is significant to the current situation that we are facing right now.

 To determine the strength and weaknesses of the new mode of learning.

 The ability to provide valuable data or relevant information

Questionnaire
Questionnaire

OSLQ (Online Self-Regulated Questionnaire)

The questionnaire have six indicators such as;

Goal Setting Task Strategy Time Management

Environment
Help Seeking Self Motivation
Structuring

Goal setting represents the general goals or orientation of the student toward learning or toward a
specific course. In terms of Environment Structuring, without environmental feedback (e.g. test
score) the individual may then decide that the behavior of cramming is non disadvantages (Pintrich,
2000). The openness in time and place makes students solely responsible for their time and
environment management (Williams & Hellman, 2004). For the student’s self-evaluation, students
reflect on their performance by comparing their achievements to the goals they set (Zimmerman,
2002).
