Persuasive speech is one of the three most daily


used speeches -Persuasive speech is used when
presenters decide to convince their presentation
or ideas to their listeners.
EXAMPLE

a sales pitch. During a sales pitch, the speaker is trying to convince the

audience to buy his or her product or service. If the salesperson is

successful, the audience (the person being sold to) will choose to

purchase the product or service.

satisfying the listener accepting his point of view. Public speakers try to persuade or change
the audience's opinion about an idea or product.
 Speaking to entertain is a speech designed to captivate an audience’s attention and regale or
amuse them while delivering a message.
