The Bamboo Inn Motel is owned by Mr. Noel Tan
Lao, this establishment is providing a services such as
temporary accommodation for all clients. The lot area
were establish has approximately 700 to 800 square-
meters. The average number of their clients in a day is
around 5 to 15 customers. In a week they can earn
about 15,000 PHP to 25,000 PHP, and in a month they
can earn about 60,000 PHP to 100,000 PHP. This
establishment was built in March 2013, and located at
Brgy. San Gregorio San Pablo City, Laguna

STEPS: (MANUAL SYSTEM)
1. Customer will go to the counter to inquire and check the room rates and availability.
2. Receptionist will ask if the customer wants to check in or just inquiring for reservation.
3. If the customer wants to check in the receptionist will ask for the type of room the customer
wants to avail.
4. The receptionist will check the keys manually to know if the room is still available.
5. If the room is available the customer is required to provide basic personal information.
6. The receptionist will check the time if it’s fit for the discount promo and ask if how many
hours the customer will stay.
7. Receptionist will also ask if there’s anything the customer wants to add like food, extra
pillow/sheets and personal hygiene items.
8. Then the receptionist will compute manually using a calculator.
9. The receptionist will provide a written receipt.
10. The staff will accommodate the customer to their room.
11. The receptionist manually do their inventory everyday. They give the profit to the owner
every month.

2. The receptionist will ask if the customer wants to check-in or inquire about a reservation.
3. If the customer wants to check in, the receptionist will ask for the type of room that the
customer wants to avail.
4. The receptionist will check the available rooms on the computer.
5. If the customer has chosen a room, the system provides some personal information to
answer.
6. The receptionist will input all of the personal information of the customer in the computer then
the customer needs to pay right away for the room so that they could check-in, then the
customer will receive a receipt on that transaction.
7. If the customer wants to reserve a room, the receptionist will check the computer and look for
the available rooms.
8. If the customer choose a room, The receptionist will input all of the personal information of
the customer in the computer then there will be a receipt that the customer receives for that
transaction if they pay in advance.
9. The receptionist can easily view the booked, available and occupied rooms easily in the
computer.
10. They can also view the daily, weekly, monthly and inclusive dates report easily.
