GOALS
1. To procure solar powered power looms and give it to NGO, who can
rent it to select group of weavers at a very nominal fare and use the
money for the day to day operations of the NGO.
2. To educate the people at all stages of the value chain about the
various government schemes.

OBJECTIVES
•Providing solar powered power loom machineries to a segment
of people who couldn’t afford to get it or apply for government
scheme.

•The rents collected from the weavers can be used to cover the
operating costs of the NGO.

•Tie-up with educational institutions to educate the people


associated in the industry about available government schemes.
EXPECTED OUTPUTS
• Creating 75 independent micro entrepreneurs and
developing a sustainable source of income.

• Help them with the procurement of raw materials and


provide a market space to sell.

• Students can support the workers at various stage with


applying for government schemes and tracking it, while also
ensuring the workers receive it.
INPUTS
• Power Handloom price - Rs. 2,00,000 * 75 = 1.5 Crores

NGO will be shortlisted to manage the handlooms rent and its


operations.

• Educational Institution - Rs. 50,00,000 


Will cover travel, food and accommodation of students to organise
awareness camps.
