Description- Rajesh Nag who is one of our helper in baling yard he was going toward rest room in this
morning , he was going toward rest room, inside the yard a pathway is develop by the use oh hard
barricade one have damage beam which prevent injury to his hand
Action taken – Immediately the entire barricade was remove and replace the new safe barricade

pathway of baling machine due the height of dust and material
