1 Labour Camp MDM expressed their concren about the poor progress of MDM PKM mentioned that construction work is in progress and it is expected that SIL 29.02.20

2 Toilet facilities at site MDM raised the issue that toilet facilities at site yet to be MDM SIL committed that the same will be arranged by 04.03.20 SIL 04.03.20

3 Hospital tie up certificate MDM mentioned that hospital tie certification is pending till MDM SIL confirmed that the issue will be resolved by 26.02.20 SIL 26.02.20

5 Submission of PUC, RTO MDM mentioned that despite repeated discussions/ reminders MDM SIL failed to put forward any justification for the delay. House expressed SIL 25.02.20
