INTRODUCTION
◦ From the interviews that have been done with Mr. Talip which is the Managers of My Bowl company in
1Borneo Hypermall, Kota Kinabalu and we have learned that they have implemented all the progress of
Human Resource Management such as training and development, performance appraisal, safety and
healthy, and compensating employees. Based on the information obtained, we managed to know the
progress of human resource management in the My Bowl company.
◦ My Bowl it has been in operation for 5 years, it only has 22 full-time worker and does not accept worker who
want to work as part time. In the selection My Bowl will look at the new worker skills or knowledge they
have related to My Bowl. For example, mechanical skills where the skill related to the My Bowl where the
worker will run the machine during work and also the worker that have experience working so did not get
surprised with the real working environment. My Bowl, has organized a lot of activities such as, providing
knowledge and discover new talents among children. By this activities, it helps to find the child's easy talent
in this sport, it's a great move to find a new player in bowling events that nowadays people are more interested
in sports such as football, badminton and so on.

Employment
◦ Listed the conditions that must be available to their employees based on positions held.
◦ Posting to social media.
◦ Only recruit new workers if in the company has any vacanc y

Training and Development


◦ Provide on the job training for the new workers
◦ Assisted and get guided by the senior worker and also by the supervisor
◦ This training will be in 1 month to make sure the worker can do the job with the right.
Payment And Reward System
◦ Monthly payment
◦ Not yet give a reward to their workers
◦ Their has plan to give their workers reward

Health And Safety


◦ Make a medical check up session for their workers.
◦ Their doesn’t want their workers involved in accident at the work place.
◦ My Bowl will be responsible to their employee
Employee Service And Welfare
◦ Provide service and benefits to the employee.
◦ To maintaining the right of workers' rights.

Productivity Improvement Schemes


◦ Always hear opinion from their workers.
◦ Employers always give part to their employee to give an opinion.
◦ Give chance 3 times to their worker if has do discipline problem.
HUMAN RESOURCE PROBLEM
Cost of bad hiring employees
◦ Causes a huge losses to the companies.
◦ Causing them to losses customer due to unethical employees behaviour.
◦ Also affects numerous task to be done in hiring new workers.

Lacks of observation on safety and health in workplace


◦ Hard to ensure all the workers especially the technical employees to fulfil the safety equipment required on the
workplace.
◦ Managers admits that he had a hard time to make sure the employees follow the right protective equipment as the
employees work in the dangerous place.
Hard to do evaluation of employees.
◦ Have a limited person in charge to do evaluation for 22 employees, the My Bawl company is
impossible to give a fair evaluation.
◦ My Bawls have a bigger space and 3 different section.
◦ The manager cannot be 3 different places in one time to evaluate all the employees.
◦ Evaluation is important in the aspect of promoting the employees and ensure the quality of the
of the work given.
RECOMMENDATION
◦ Provide more benefits to their employee
◦ It can make the employee get more spirit in doing their work and it can make them reduce their stress
when doing their work.
◦ The company should provide a reward for their best worker to appreciate them in the company.
◦ Needs to improve the quality of the environment.
◦ It will affecting the workers especially the one that work in the technical part.
◦ The possibility of the workers to get injured is high in this sector as it involving the physical
◦ Recommendation suggested is the company should enlarge the working space for the technical sector.
CONCLUUSION
◦ Human resource management is the strategic approach to the effective management of people in an
organization so that they help the business to gain a competitive advantage.
◦ Designed to maximize employee performance in service of an employer's strategic objectives.
◦ Human Resource departments are responsible for overseeing employee-benefits design, employee
recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, and Reward management.
