INTRODUCTION
◦ From the interviews that have been done with Mr. Talip which is the Managers of My Bowl company in
1Borneo Hypermall, Kota Kinabalu and we have learned that they have implemented all the progress of
Human Resource Management such as training and development, performance appraisal, safety and
healthy, and compensating employees. Based on the information obtained, we managed to know the
progress of human resource management in the My Bowl company.
◦ My Bowl it has been in operation for 5 years, it only has 22 full-time worker and does not accept worker who
want to work as part time. In the selection My Bowl will look at the new worker skills or knowledge they
have related to My Bowl. For example, mechanical skills where the skill related to the My Bowl where the
worker will run the machine during work and also the worker that have experience working so did not get
surprised with the real working environment. My Bowl, has organized a lot of activities such as, providing
knowledge and discover new talents among children. By this activities, it helps to find the child's easy talent
in this sport, it's a great move to find a new player in bowling events that nowadays people are more interested
in sports such as football, badminton and so on.
