The above individual learning monitoring plan of my pupil indicated her need on understanding the

subject matter in Araling Panlipunan that needed further explanation. To cope up with her need, I gave

further explanations and shared some techniques through phone call and messenger on how understand
the lesson well like highlighting and taking notes on the important details of the lessons. I also conducted

home visitation and I sent videos to her mother’s phone through Bluetooth about the lessons she was
struggling which I got from ETULAY in YouTube. I could say that the intervention strategies I did was
successful because aside from notes that I shared that helped a lot, she enjoyed watching the videos
where she gained more understanding of the lessons.

As you can see in the ILMP above, this showed how this pupil struggled in recognizing letters and their
sounds. I found it out during the assessment I gave him through video chat with the help of his parents.
Knowing that he’s one of the BRB4 pupils, at the very moment I did an immediate solution. So, I sent
printed materials of the letters of the alphabet with sample pictures. I also included reinforcement activities

on the printed materials. I also sent videos on the letters of the alphabet together with the sounds. I asked

her mother to let him watch and imitate the sounds of the letters everyday. I asked his mother to took a
video on his practice in sounding the letters to I can monitor his progress. After a long process, I am proud

to say that it’s a job well done because as of now he can now read sentences. I am so thankful to her
mother for keeping in touch with me all the time in guiding and facilitating her son. Perseverance and
determination make things possible.

In this lesson exemplar in Filipino, the learners’ abilities and needs were putted in consideration in order
to come up with the mastery of the subject matter and objective would be met. Though we are in pandemic
right now, it’s not the hindrance in the success of this lesson. Its competency or learning objective was not
adjusted because it is already based on the curriculum. I only adjusted on the learning tasks part. I added
activities that were not in the SLM that helped the pupils learn more about the lesson. I also let them watch

My class used modular print as its mode of distance learning because internet connection and gadgets
were not available in my learners.
The above pictures are the sample modules my pupils used in learning where their parents or guardians
served as their facilitator at home. For me, it was not enough so I make sure to guide them in

This 5-Day Virtual In-Service Training was very fruitful because I learned how to enrich my professional
accountability through the different topics being discussed by the speakers. From the assessment
instruments to be used to ensure quality teacher performance or what we call as RPMS Tools, how to
prepare and organize the documents for RPMS Portfolio, the process on how to asses the portfolio, how to

Being a teacher is not as simple as many people believe. Being a teacher entails

One of which is the delivery modalities wherein my class adopted modular-print.

Due to these changes, I need to upgrade my teaching skills and familiarize the new
way of teaching. So, LDM Course is of big help for me to come up with a success
in distant learning modality.
