Purpose
General Purpose
This Study aims to determine family satisfaction and patient safety on response time during Covid-19
pandemic at the Emergency Room Sumber Sentosa Hospital

Particular Purpose
a. To Identify the Response Time in the Emergency Room Sumber Sentosa Hospital.
b. To Identify the Patient Family Satisfaction in the Emergency Room Sumber Sentosa Hospital.
c. To Identify Patient Safety in the Emergency Room Sumber Sentosa Hospital.

Tingkat Kepuasan metode deskriptif analitik mayoritas perawat
Pasien BPJS di dengan rancangan cross memiliki waktu tanggal
Ruangan IGD RS sectional. yang baik sebanyak 72
Santa Elisabeth orang atau 82,8%

(75,9%) pasien merasa

Design of this Study is correlational with a cross sectional approach
 Customer Design and Patient Safety
Researchers uses Observational Methods to Nurse who provide
services to patients starting from research patients,
Satisfaction comes and treatment carried out
until the patient moves to the inpatient room.
Population:
All patients belonging to P2 Patient who were treated
at the Emergency Room at Sumber Sentosa Hospital Final Report Preparation
in the last month were 114 people

Data Analysis
Sampling: Parametric Statistical Test
Simple Random sampling

A small proportion of patient belonging to to P2 who Analysis
seek treatment in the Emergency Roomat Sumber Editing,coding,scoring,
Sentosa Hospital as many as 53 people in 1 month tabulating
