ANNOTATION I developed an instructional material (video lesson &


illustration) to simplify the topic and for the
students to easily understand it since it is not well
explained in their module. I gave them additional
performance task that is not found in their module.

ANNOTATION One of my student transferred in Bulacan that’s why his


parent/ guardian can’t get his module in school so I
decided to sent him the link of the e-modules for him to
continue answering it and let him send a screenshot of his
answer.

ANNOTATION Participated in the National 1st Virtual INSET facilitated by


the Department of Education. I learned so many things in
this training as I was able to apply it in my class. I
discovered that there are many apps that I can use to
teach my students in the new normal.

LDM Course made me realize all the
things that I have been doing as an
educator that only needs to be
documented properly. Yes, It is very
challenging to make this a success, yet
this honed a lot of skills that I have
now. Also, both of my Intrapersonal
and Interpersonal skills towards my
colleague and the stakeholders. This
made me stronger on how to deal with
the challenges that arises in everyday.
This course also opened a lot of
opportunities to teachers like me. This
experiences and learnings in the new
normal gave me the wisdom, strength
and confidence to develop my IPCRF
Portfolio efficiently and effectively. In
this way, I can strongly prove that I did
my best in teaching the learners
because of the MOVs that is present
both in my LDM and IPCRF Portfolio.

ANNOTATION In my reflective summary, it is an in-depth


reflection about my personal experiences in
implementing the LDM.
