Product Quality : We produce fresh Organic product from the farm and it’s
fresh.
Cost of Switching Products: we are providing reasonable price for the products
with on time delivery , there is little bit of a low chance to switch our service.
Customer attachment : We delivered the Organic food in a 24-48 hours short
time to make us prove our loyalty.
Cost of Existing Markets: So far in our country there is no such established
online based mango selling platform yet where people can purchase, other than
local market. Here we provide better quality product with lesser price than
local market.
Supplier Power (Low)
Number of Suppliers: Bangladesh is the world's eighth largest mango producing
country. So, the number of mango suppliers are very high.
Position of our business : Since, We are produceing the Organic Vegetable for the
customer with loyalty and good delivery process. So, customer will happy. But problem is that for
the a new camer will be invest a good amount of money and service time to reach us.
