    Within speaking I can highlight the techniques of reading aloud and talking to
    myself and controlling my gestures, in listening I was helped by the techniques
    of: listening to music and singing, and doing a marathon of movies and series, I
    learned reading thanks to the following strategies: choose a book according to
    my level and record myself and listen to myself, and finally I learned writing
    through these techniques: Read, read and keep reading, learn new vocabulary,
    write first, then correct and practice daily
