• The DOH and local counterparts shall adequately respond and
allay public concerns about this 2019-nCoV ARD.

• This risk communication plan aims to manage the public response and
possible outrage on the disease.
What is our goal?
To build and maintain public trust and confidence with the DOH as
the national health authority, and to provide rapid, reliable and
accurate information for the public to act and protect their health.
