INTRODUCTION

                                                                                                                        
Unitized curtainwalls are factory-assembled and -glazed, then shipped to the job site in units
that are typically one lite wide by one floor tall. Only one unit-to-unit splice (usually
a silicone sheet or patch) needs to be field-sealed, and only one anchor per mullion needs to be
attached to the face or top of the floor slab. Interlocking unitized curtain
wall frame members are weatheripped to seal to one another, both horizontally and vertically.

FEATURES:
●As the unitized panel is of high bunch production and, its assembly being completed in factory, high assembly precision,
the quality is easy to be controlled.
●Inlaying method is used for connection among unitized panels. Meanwhile, it has a powerful absorbing capacity for
temperature deformation, displacement between stories, seismic deformation, etc.

ADVANTAGES AND
DISADVANTAGES The factory processing of unitized glass curtain
wall is complicated, the form of the component
increases the amount of aluminum profile, so the
cost is higher than the frame curtain wall of the
same material.
