• Morning 8:00 am
• Afternoon 1:00 pm
• 45 minutes
 ONLINE CLASS SET- UP
• Compose of 2 Groups, Group 1 and Group 2
• Alternate every week
• Other group will have their Online Class and the other group will have
their Modular Class

• Perfect Attendance
• Submitted Answer Sheets
• Participation (Participate in the class discussion)
• Active (Kumukuha ng Modules parati) – for parents particularly
 RETRIEVAL AND DISTRIBUTION
• Venue: DHES Schools Gym
• Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm – Monday to Friday
• What to wear?- face mask and face shield
• What to bring?- own ballpen and own alcohol
• Fill up and Drop the contact tracing form in the drop box before going to
the Schools Gym

Any necessary things needed in the opening of the class, voluntarily and
willing to donate only.
Example: Dura Box, Coupon Bond, Plants (hanging plants), Alcohol, Walis,
Sabon, Trapo, Pintura, Sako etc.
