PRACTICE FREQUENTLY RECORD YOURSELF ASK FOR POINTERS

Sleep
• Think about your sleeping patterns
• Think about where you are working in relation to
sleep
• When getting ready for sleep consider the things that
'bring you life'
Eating
• Eat foods that will give energy
• Avoid alcohol
• Stay hydrated
• What will your character look like?
• Think about era, class, gender, environment etc.

Costume • Practice & record with costumes – do they work?


• Be aware of adjustments to costume
• Make sure they are clean and tidy
Think about what you
might need – whether little
Hair and or a lot
