eTool Challenge
Powerpoint and Excel
In eTool Challenge, you will need to use your knowledge in Ms Powerpoint and
Ms Excel to answer all the questions.
Rules and Regulations for eTool Challenge :
1. You will need to switch on your webcam through out the session.
2. You can raise your hand, on your mic and ask the organizer for help if you have any difficulties.
3. Read carefully and answer all 10 questions within 50 minutes for students in the LD / DE / PH category.
4. Read carefully and answer all 10 questions within 70 minutes for students in the BL category.
5. If your managed to finish answering all the questions and submit via email your answers within the 50/70
minutes duration, you can request for permission from the organizer to end and leave the session.

 eTool Powerpoint : Challenge 1
• Title Box - Change from a rectangle shape to a rounded rectangle shape.
• Title Box - Apply the filling effect (solid fill – red) and the glowing effect.
• Text Box - Apply a rectangular border around the text box and the gradation effect (yellow)
• Text Box - Adjust the text alignment to centre.

RAINBOW

• Chart Title - Apply a black outline around the bar graph.
• Chart Type - Change from Column to Bar
• Apply the filling effect to the page : Gradient (Any colour)
• Resize all the fonts to size 14.

Q3 : title - Change all the alphabets to Upper Case
• Title Box - Apply a filling effect (any pattern) and a shadow effect.
• Connect the main title and all of the mathematical symbols with a line.
• Match the colour of the line with that of the symbol.

• Image picture animation – Select two pictures and apply the ‘Fly In’ effect when clicked.

• Image picture / Text box animation – ‘Fly Out’ at the same time when clicked.
