Founded in 1972 as a national agricultural and vocational secondary school, ISCOF-San Enrique
Campus has been the cradle for advancement of education and academic center in increasing

four-day celebration, crowd of ISCOF

COLLEGE DAY
Every student would admit their happy days are during the campus college day celebration which is a
foundation day event held in two-days which also showcases sports and athletic skills and literary-musical
gifts of the students. Cheerdance competition caps the opening program as it is the most prepared
number in the activities.

TEACHERS DAY
Every first week of October, students hold a tribute
program for their teachers which involves different
activities such as group games, dance contest and
poetry contest. This is in line with the World Teacher’s
Day celebration of the UNESCO.

MATHFEST
Mathfest is a skillsfest in Mathematics spearheaded
by the Math Club. This is held every last week of
October or First Week of November together with
the observance of the National Statistics Month. This
2019 celebration of this event, all students taking
mathematics courses in the university were involved
in the group games. Ten (10) teams were formed
where representatives of each team battled in
Soduko, tessellation, Math Jingle, Spoken Word
Poetry, and highlighted the Search for Mr. and Miss
Mathinik 2019 that is participated by two students
from the four colleges.

BOOK WEEK CELEBRATION


November celebrates National Reading Month
where the college Library joins the nation in this
event. The club hosts various events such as
essay writing, poster making and mini-concert
for a cause to support the programs of the Book
Lovers Club.

Christmas is valued much by Filipino culture that every
December before the vacation students hold a party for
everyone to feel the spirit of this joyful season. Games,
Christmas Tree-making and Daigon Contests were some
of the activities that ends with a disco party at night.

CCS WEEK
This is a departmental event hosted by the
College of Computer Studies which stages
various prized-tournaments and a pageant
among information technology students.

EDUCATION WEEK
Teacher Education department of the university
spearheads this event every December before
the vacation. Numerous contests are held such as
in literary-musical and journalism. Skills contests
such as demonstration teaching and lesson plan-
making were also participated by the education

ILOILO STATE COLLEGE OF FISHERIES San Enrique Campus Office of Academics is the head office for
almost all services related to students. This division is supervising the four colleges of the university campus
namely: the College of Agriculture (COA), College of Education (COED), College of Computer Studies (CCS)
and College of Management (COM). It also oversees the Student Affairs and Services, Library, Registrar,
Guidance and Counseling, Sports, Cultural and Arts Program, Scholarship, National Service Training
Program, Publication, Quality Assurance and Student Council.

It is one of the main divisions of the university and receives one of the biggest budgetary allocation for
faculty development programs, student curricular and extracurricular activities, and administration and
regulation of the different academic units and offices.

The Academic division always ensure every aspect of the management from top to the bottom and the
smallest units that all are functioning well and provides the necessary and satisfactory services to the
faculty, staff, students, alumni and the community. This is because the university is committed to provide
quality education, higher technological, professional instruction and training in different fields of study that
are supportive and relevant to the development of the Province of Iloilo, the Western Visayas Region and
the Philippines as a whole.

In the past 30 years of being one of the leading institutions for higher education in Central Panay, the
university is proud of its legacy in producing well-rounded professional leaders, with wholesome attitude
that uphold high standards of professionalism, in the fields of elementary and secondary teacher education,
crop and animal sciences, information and communications technology, computer education, office
administration, hotel and restaurant management and industrial technology.

True to the university’s vision of being a premier academic institution in Southeast


Asia, it strives to upgrade the quality of education, generate more jobs for the
Ilonggos and alleviate the poverty rate in the region through excellent academic
programs offered. Quality and excellent academic programs are ensured
through yearly compliance with the requirements of the Commission on Higher
Education, by undergoing the program offerings in accreditation with the
Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines,
Inc.
(AACCUP), and through the surveillance audit of the administration and
higher education conducted by the Global Group United Kingdom. These
evaluations are ways of the university to keep looking straight at its dream

community as partner institution. The fulfillment of
HUMANITY as one of our core values lies in this pillar.
Extension programs range from remedial instruction in
reading and mathematics, enhancement of teachers’ skills
and competence in technology utilization, organic
agricultural practices and methods and culinary, business
and health education. Clienteles came from diverse
backgrounds as Indigenous Peoples of the Municipality of

Through accreditation visits conducted by AACCUP and Global Group UK, the college has acquired various
