The website will be exclusive for FILIPINOS and
FOREIGNERS RESIDING IN THE PHILIPPINES ONLY.
Why? This is to make sure that the advices given is
applicable to the building laws and standards of the
Philippines.
 PAIN POINTS
No general knowledge or know-hows in construction
industry (ex: people who have no idea how to make a
contract with a professional, no knowledge about the
prices of construction materials, no idea what products
are safe to use).
 SOLUTION
A question-and-answer forum website where clients can
ask/post questions and get professional advice.
 Since the construction industry have a wide range,
questions will be separated into categories:
• Materials
• Home Improvement and Interiors
• Sanitary
• Planning
 PROCESS
• A customer can head to the category of their concern
and post a question or request.
• Their questions or requests will be evaluated and
inspected to determine if it is GENERAL or SPECIFIC.
The difficulty of request will also be determined.

• one-time questions and asking for recommendations
ex: “What is the standard size of rebars to be used
for columns?”
“Can I get a recommendation for paint primers?”

• the request included a specific problem or concern that
requires specific attention from the professional
