• Antonio Morga : Borned in 1559 and began
working in government in 1580; Served as
Lieutenant-Governor (second highest position in
the colony) Spanish administrator who served in
the late sixteenth century

and consisted of eight chapters ; 2 parts → 1.)

RIZAL’S ANNOTATIONS:
