Examination

 Mode of Examination
• Examination will be conducted in a pen and paper
format
• The syllabus for the examination has been already
informed to the students through WhatsApp
• The Question papers for all the examination will
be sent to the parents via their personal mail id
• Parents are requested to take the print out of all
the question paper and sufficient time would be
given for the same
 Mode of Examination
• On the allotted day of the examination.
– At the convenient time of both yourself and your
ward
• Issue the question paper and answer paper [Ruled
sheets]to your ward.
• Send your ward to private place wherein your ward
gets the examination atmosphere
• While writing the examination ensure that your ward
does not have access to mobile phone or any study
material related to examination
 Duration of the Examination
• Provide 15 Minutes of time to read the
question paper.
• 3 Hrs to write the examination [IX & XI]
• 2 ½ hrs to write the examination [VI to VIII]
Standard procedure to submit the paper
• In the answer Script – towards top left corner the
student should write the following
• Example
– Name : XXXXXX
– Exam roll no : XXXXXX
– Class & Section : XXXXXX
– Subject : XXXXXX
– Examination : Quarterly Examination
– Date : XXXXXX
– Parent Signature is mandatory
Standard procedure to submit the paper

• We will be sharing the email id of the

subject teacher to upload the answer script
• You are requested to upload the answer
script of your ward before 9.00 PM on the
day of the examination.
