ACTIVE RECREATION
Recreation
 is a voluntary participation in an
activity during free and unobligated
time that gives enjoyment.
 It refreshes one’s mind and body after a
day’s work.
 It embraces both indoor and outdoor
activities that refer to sports and
exercise leading to the attainment of
enjoyment as well as managing our
desired weight.
 Participation in active
recreation influences your
healthy lifestyle. Some of the
benefits we get in engaging
active recreation are the
following:

a. It improves health condition in

many ways.
b. It also helps you to use the
calories better.
c. It can help sustain a desirable
weight.
Lifestyle change is the best way of
preventing illness and early death.

For us to combat the existing

health hazard, we must make a
paradigm shift to a healthier
lifestyle through AN ACTIVE
RECREATION.
QUESTION OF FORTUNE

1.What if recreational activities

do not exist? What will happen
to us? Why?

2. Why do we need to participate

into active recreational
activities?
