Understanding Learning

Learning is a lasting change in behavior, or the capacity to behave in a


certain way, that results from practice or other forms of experience.
A fairly comprehensive understanding of learning is given by Bellgredler
(1986: 1) who states that learning is a process carried out by humans to
get a variety of competencies, skills, and attitudes.
