INTRODUCTION OF THE TOPIC

 
In reality, no one knows the workplace better than the employees who works there. So, they are the ones who really
needs to get of weird and inform about the various safety measures to be taken at a workplace.
 
Safety Measures At A Workplace
Safety measures at a workplace is something which ensures the safeties of the people working there. it can include
various measures like Bing weird of fire alarm, choosing appropriate for the work like safety shoes, wearing
appropriate clothes, following proper instructions, and having proper information, training and proper supervision
off the work by the superior members or employees.
 OBJECTIVES TO BE COVERED

 1. To have a proper knowledge about how to give First Aid in case of emergencies, how to operate the fire alarms in case
they don’t automatically work, how to proceed in case of emergencies, and how to operate Fire extinguishers as well.
 2. At the of the session, learners will be able to get the basic information about the safety wears, needed for the work like
Safety shoes, Appropriate clothing for the work.
 3. Learners will also have the knowledge about the safety rules which are mandatory for the work.
CREATIVE IDEAS TO PRESENT THE TOPIC

 I will use different ways of techniques to introduce my topic.

 First of all, I can go with PowerPoint presentation.

Showing the different kinds of measurements regarding safety to be taken at the various workplaces. Like I am advised to
take safety precautions at Wolverine World Wide company.
 Secondly, I can present my topic to video in which various safeties and precautions were taken to avoid the health
injuries and any kind of mishaps at the workplace. And also to ensure that everyone will be safe and sound.
 And also other ways of techniques can be used present the topic like giving the facts to any kind of surveys. Or we can
introduce by the help of the guest lecturer who will put forth the point of safety needed to be taken out of a workplace.

Safety Rules
There are several safety rules in almost every institutes or companies, And other workplace which
needs to be followed by the employees ,and other people at the workplace results. The several safety
rules are made for our own safety so we should not neglect these kind of rules.
As myself as part time employee of Wolverine Worldwide, I came to know about the several safety
rules which needs to be followed at the company. Some of the safety rules are mentioned below :-
1. Wear approved personal protective equipment as directed.
2. Shirts must be worn at all times.
3. use proper lifting techniques when manual material handling is required .
4.clean all spills, water or trash immediately.
5.remove all loose shrink wrap from the skids.
6. Aisles must be kept clear, materials,cartons, equipment etc must not be left where they may cause
a tripping hazard.
