3 LEVELS OF ANALYSIS
The different levels of analysis are necessary for understanding
individual behavior within organizations because people always act
within the context of their environment. The different levels of analysis
used in the field of organizational behavior are: the individual behavior
(individual level of analysis), inter-individual behavior (group level
of analysis), and the behavior of organization (organizational level of
analysis).

individual. OB studies the impact of psychological factor upon behavior and job
performance at individual level.
