 A.Your general posture: No matter if you’re standing or seated , your body posture is the first
clue to reveal your current mood.One example is Alpha and Beta postures, one of them project
confidence and the other insecurity, the easiest way to tell the difference is the way the
shoulders are abroad and relaxed in one, or tense and contracted in the other
 B.Facial Expressions: We are naturally drawn to see faces and Thats why it’s the most
important area when we want to express emotions without words, one example when someone
Presses their lips you know that they have an emotional reaction
 C.Illustrator gestures:When someone uses their hands to make their point clearer, those are
called illustrator gestures. For example when you Say something is big or tall
 D.Voice tone and volume: If people know how to control their emotions, their vocal is going
to be the first Channel that reveals their inner state. For example when someone is excited or
upset they are going to raise their voice i they feel insecure they Will lower it.
 E.Manipulator gestures: Manipulator gestures reveal An emotional reaction to a situation.They
are many examples like rubbing the eyes, Touching the nose.They are not directly related to
lying but Instead to some Emotional discomfort
 F.Clothing and Accesories: Some people claim that the way They dress has nothing to do with
their personality, but that’s wrong, because in most cases they choose what to wear it’s a
decision that they make
 G.The secret in their eyes: For example , Rolling our eyes, Blink faster
 H.Proxemics and Interactions distance : Different Cultures have different customs, about how
close do people stand to each other when talking or just hanging out, if you see Two people
talking and they don’t have problem sharing that personal space then you know They feel
comfortable
 I.Custom hand gestures or emblems : For example The ok sign Or the thumbs up are emblems
that have meaning if you just see an isolated hand
 J.Our personal space : Our living and working spaces give a non verbal message
 K: Haptics and touching : For example the handshake is one of the most common forms of
touching, and you can put a hand on someone’s shoulder or back to show support
 L.Physical reaction: We are talking about sweating,Pupils dilating,shortness of breath blushing
and so on

 1.Look/gaze : Just by looking at the intensity of your gaze, the frequency , the length, And the
delation of your eyes, you can determine whether someone is attracted To someone else or not,
by looking the same things you can determine whether someone is a dominant person or not,
dominant people tend to look at thing for less time but they’re always the last to move their
gaze on to something else
 2.Gestures :For example , Hand kissing
 3.Posture:Dominant people tend to stand straight and have a confident walk
 4.Clothing: People do judge book by it’s cover, with clothing it got color codes, if someone
went to a funeral and he was Wearing yellow, orange, bright pink, It wouldnt be really
respectful
 5.Personal space: The more you get to the creator , the less personal space you have
 6.Corporal Contact: it’s when distance between objects is abolished and there’s 4 main
occasions in which this happens
