高压开关柜的作用 The role of high-tension switch board

指用于电力系统发电、输电中起通断、控制或保护等作用 。高压开关柜广泛应用
于配电系统，作接受与分配电能之用。既可根据电网运行需要将一部分电力设备或
线路投入或退出运行，也可在电力设备或线路发生故障时将故障部分从电网中快速
切除，从而保证电网中无故障部分的正常运行，以及设备和运行维修人员的安全。
因此，高压开关柜是非常重要的配电设备，其安全、可靠运行对电力系统具有十分
重要的意义 。
It is used to break-make, control and protect during the process of power
system generating and transmission. High-tension switch board widely applies
to power distribution system, to accept and distribute power. It is not only can
make part of electrical equipment or circuit input or quit from operation
according to the operation of power grid, but also can remove quickly the fault
from power grid when the electrical equipment or circuit is broken, in order to
ensure the normal operation of fault-free part in the power grid and the safety of
equipment and operation of maintenance personnel. Thus, high-tension switch
board is very important power distribution equipment, whose safe and stable
operation is of great importance to power system.

高压开关柜的操作
 投运前的检查
 检查绝缘子、绝缘套管、穿墙套管等绝缘是否
清洁，有无破损、裂纹及放点痕迹。
 检查母线连接外接触是否良好，以及支架是否
坚固。
 检查熔断器和隔离开关的机械是否灵活可靠。
 检查各操作机构是否灵活可靠。

操作规程 SOP
穿绝缘鞋、带绝缘手套。
Put on insulating shoes and wear insulating gloves.
送电操作，先合电源侧隔离开关，后合负荷侧隔离开关，最后合真空断路器。
Power transmission: first close disconnector on mains side, then
close disconnectoron load side and at last close vacuum breaker.
停电操作，应先将低压部分依次分闸，在可进行高压部分操作，不可带负荷操
作。先分真空断路器，再分负荷侧隔离开关，最后分电源侧隔离开关 .
Power cut: first separating break low pressure part in proper
sequence, then operate on high pressure part, without load. First
open vacuum breaker, then open disconnector on load side at last
open disconnector on mains side.
操作完毕检查机构分合是否正确、到位。
When finishing the operation, check whether the open and close of
equipment is proper and in place.
在操作工程中动作要迅速、果断。
Operate quickly and decisively during the operation.

 运行中的检查
 母线合各连接点是否有过热变色现象。
 开关柜中各电气元件在运行中有无异常气味和声
响。
 仪表、信号、指示灯等是否正常。
 变压器的响声、温度是否正常。
 高低压配电室的通风、照明及安全防火装置
是否正常
