Yes, I agree with Ray's logic.
By the statement, I think he means that increasing the supply will lead to faster
service which the customers will prefer and it will result in higher demand.

makes them different from their competitors?
Custom built kitchen.
Division of labor.

From the story, we can learn that hard work and determination is required to
pursue any goals. Overnight success is rare but possible to achive.

Yes, I think it’s possible to persistently pursue dreams and also take time to
enjoy life when we schedule our time and stick to it.

The areas were dirty.
The hamburger patty was overcooked.

Ray has been more successful with these newest franchisees than the first few
from the country club because McDonald's is has established itself as a major
brand and it is not Ray who goes up to businessmen to offer them business, it’s
the businesspeople who come up to Ray to be a part of Mc Donald’s.

Mr. Sonneborn, plans to help Ray Kroc? How is his advice
different than what Ray Kroc has been trying to do?
Sonneborn advised Kroc to buy land then lease it out to his McDonalds' franchisees and take full
control of the company and to be in real estate business rather than burger business.

I would have done the same thing as the brothers if I was to be in McDonalds’
shoes.

No, I was not shocked to know that Ray Kroc didn’t honor the handshake royalty
deal with the McDonalds because handshake deal was not a good way for
agreement and also Ray Croc was the person who couldn’t be trusted.
