DISC styles
All the four members of the group share same DISC style i.e., I (Influence) and S ( Supportive).
Due to same style, each member will engage each other and will share enthusiasm along with inspiring and
helping by showing care for others. Similar style will help in keeping all the members on the same page and will
lower the chance of conflict.
Strengths
Mohit Kumar: He is good with technology and has hand on practice of various project softwares.
Shikha: She is critical thinker and comes up with creative ideas along with keeping everyone on track.
Arshdeep Bhullar: Coming from a teaching background, she is good in proofreading and in final alignment of the
project files.
Mehar Sharma: He is good in giving constructive criticism so that flaws can be eliminated from the final
submission.
Goals for the group
• Group will meet for two times a week for this course on Wednesday (After class) and on
Sunday.
• Team has setup the target for grade A or more for team assignments.
• To maximize the contribution towards the assigned task.
• To improve the understanding of project management knowledge areas.
• Set deadlines for assignment submissions.
• Keep track of each task to make sure the team is focused on the final goal.
